Slovenia's Jan Tratnik is the new U23 European Champion. He won the road race in Goes (NED) ahead of Andzs Flaksis (LAT) and Wouter Wippert (NED). Fabio Silvestre finished 10th, Pit Schlechter was 66th and Bob Jungels came in as 93th. Alex Kirsch withdrew from the race.
